Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Biliku collects minimal information. When you post a listing, we store the details you provide (title, description, price, photos, location, contact information) on our servers. Reports are stored anonymously.

2. Favorites Storage

Your favorite listings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to our servers and are not associated with any account.

3. Photos & Media

Photos you upload are stored on Firebase Storage and are publicly visible to anyone viewing your listing. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information.

4. Contact Information

Phone numbers and WhatsApp numbers you provide are displayed publicly on your listing. Only share contact details you are comfortable making public.

5. Data Retention

Listings are automatically hidden after 30 days. Expired listings may be permanently deleted after 90 days. Report data is retained for moderation purposes.

6. Third Parties

We use Firebase (Google) for hosting and data storage. Their privacy policy applies to data stored on their infrastructure.
