Biliku is a free platform for listing and finding rental properties in Sarawak, Malaysia. By using Biliku, you agree to these terms.

2. Listing Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Do not post false, misleading, or offensive content. Listings automatically expire after 30 days and can be renewed.

3. No Liability

Biliku is a listing platform only. We do not verify listings, mediate disputes, or guarantee the accuracy of any information. Users are responsible for their own due diligence when contacting landlords or tenants.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not post duplicate or spam listings
• Do not list properties you do not have permission to rent
• Do not use the platform for illegal activities
• Do not harass or scam other users

5. Removal of Content

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is reported by users, without notice.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Biliku constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
